Debuting in 2015 with 5-track EP "I" which received positive feedback in Czech Repblic, neighbouring countries but also in US or Scandinavia. First music video single "Iron Sky" was released in 2016, and after change of vocalist in the end of 2017, the band released its second album "II". In June 2023, the band released the music video for the single "Exomorphic Cascade", and in November of the same year, the full-length third album "III: Pyrrhic Sequence" was released. Music of VANGUARD could be defined as a mix of death, black and thrash metal with technical foundation and modern approach and influences.
