Los Angeles duo Neil Frances (Jordan Feller and Marc Gilfry) release "finding rhythm" the fourth single from their DEBUT album 'There Is No Neil Frances.' The track was co-written by and features vocals from Toronto alt-pop songstress GRAE.  "finding rhythm"  is about the inner workings of a relationship’s universe. The band wants the song to be a helpful reminder that there are ebbs and flows, external forces involved in our every day. Essentially, if you’re feeling off, blame the weather. The band will play a 26-date headline North American tour that kicks off in Jan 2022 just in time for the album release.
