Rio is an upcoming 2011 3D Brazilian/American computer-animated film from 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios. It is directed by Carlos Saldanha and written by Don Rhymer. The characters are voiced by Jesse Eisenberg, Anne Hathaway, Rodngo Santoro, Kate del Castillo, Jamie Foxx, Tracy Morgan, George Lopez, Leslie Mann, Jemaine Clement, Jane Lynch, and Robin Thicke. The film's expected release is on April 15, 2011. This is Blue Sky Studios' first film made in 2.35:1 Cinemascope aspect ratio and 20th Century Fox's fourth 2.35:1 animated film.
