In early 2023, multi-instrumentalists and close friends Smile High, Felty, and Teddy Roxpin joined forces for the jazzy and uplifting instrumental project Snack Pack. With each track on the eight song release, the trio (Smile High on keys, Felty on guitar, and Teddy Roxpin on drums) properly blended chillhop beats with jazztronica elements, boom bap leanings with lofi grooves. With plenty of guitar riffs in between, Snack Pack made for a truly relaxing and unique listening experience. The project generated over 700k streams and landed on Apple editorials Soul Revival and Smooth & Easy, as well as Spotify editorial lofi summer haze. Now, a year and a half later, the trio are back together for a new batch of jazzy instrumental tracks. The second single is "Why Did I Care So Much?" and it's a jazzy track with hip-hop leanings. Lively and packed with their energy we know and love, this one properly encapsulates the chemistry between these three close friends and talented musicians. Much more music on the way.
