The song portrays how love and death are inextricably intertwined with one another by using a warm and healing melody and lyrics that are simple yet profound. Since its publication, the song is said to have consoled the broken hearts of many who had lost their loved ones. 来自“爱乐人室内合唱团”的杨文公先生，根据自身经历为歌曲重填中文词，在保留了原诗中的意象及浪漫氛围的同时，以中文为载体呈现出一首新的“破灭与重生之歌”。 WenGong Yang, from Tianjin Philharmonic Chamber Choir, rewrote the lyrics in Chinese for the song based on his real-life experience. The lyrics means to not only retain the image and romantic atmosphere of the original poem but also create a new concept of “Shattering and Reviving” with the Chinese elements.
